We run on business days. Business days are Monday-Friday 6am to 5pm.

Turn Around Time

 Current turn around time is 7-21 days on made to order items as well as customs.

All “Ready to ship” items usually ship within 1-4 business days, unless there is anything custom in your order. Some orders may take longer due to high volume of orders. 

Return Policy 

We do not accept refunds on any items in the store; unless the item is broken or defective.

Items are handmade and will not be 100% identical.

Changes To Your Order

Once you submit your order, I cannot edit anything, other than the address. If you need to update your address please DM and Email me within 24 hours, otherwise your order will be sent to the address listed. I do not offer cancellations for “accidental” orders or orders not canceled within 12 hours of making the order.

 

Lost/Undelivered

All orders will come with tracking. If your order is lost in transit, please contact your local USPS office. They can help you file a claim.

Once you have your claim information, email me a copy and we will work on correcting the issue in the best way suitable.
